Try as I might, I cannot take a picture of Purl that isn't blurry. That Pug is in a perpetual state of movement. So don't be hate'in on my blurry photos. It's not my fault! (foot stamp). One of my customers reminded me about a pair of shoes that I own that are the coolest yarny shoes on the planet. I havent worn them in a while...I was wearing them on my sales calls and people went bonkers for them. In fact, everywhere I went, people would comment. So imagine my surprise when I went to Stitches East, of all places, wearing these fly shoes, and not one comment. Well, one, Phyl. But she doesnt count on account that she owns a pair, as well. It's pretty sad when you have to wander around the show asking people if they love your shoes. "Please, Miss, don't you just love my shoes?" "Yes!" they would mutter "but we are focused on buying yarn, bug off."
They are Danskos, of course, the only shoes I can wear anymore. I got them from Zappos, but they are all sold out sorry, Suckas! They have yarn all over them! In this picture, does it look like my right foot needs a face lift? Foot lift? Good thing my face doesnt have that many wrinkles.
In knitting knews, Klaralund is progressing along, I've picked back up Lizard Ridge cause Mimi is doing it now, Belinda, and Loren. I can't let them take the lead of the square count. Though I think I've blown it already with Loren, she might have over 15 squares done by this point. I went ahead and ordered Pure Merino from Berroco. I just figured I should have that yarn in the store anyway. I havent actually seen it or knitted with it but, if Norah thinks its up to snuff, its up to snuff.
I heard that the episode of the Gilmore Girls was on last night, the one with some knitathon in it. Missed it, finally got a baby sitter so the Bfriend and I could go out to dinner by ourselves! Thank you Aunt Chrissy! Can't wait for Baby Gymnastics on thursday!

Baby was sitting on my lap watching me knit Juliet. Then...he threw up his entire dinner all over it. Thank you. Breathe in. Breathe out. I washed off the chunks in cool water, but does anyone have the best suggestion for cleaning it?
"Oh, my, Gina! What's that perfume you're wearing?"
"Thank you, Dear! It's milk, brussel sprouts, and gastric juice! Thanks for noticing!"
